The Story Behind Sheena

Sheena Alexander is a Bible teacher and speaker passionate about helping women deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, abide in Him, embrace their unique design and purpose, and love boldly.

As a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, Sheena brings theological insight with a warm, relatable, and empowering approach. She loves teaching God’s Word in a way that connects culture, history, and faith to everyday life.

As the founder of AbideHer, Sheena leads a movement that empowers women to draw closer to God, cultivate authentic Christ-centered friendships, and provide practical ways to live a purposeful life for the Lord; creating a lasting and eternal impact for Jesus Christ. Through AbideHer, women find encouragement, accountability, and a thriving sisterhood, where they are committed, as one unit, to abiding in Christ and reflecting Him as His ambassador.

At home, Sheena finds her love as Mommy to Lance Jr.
